Cleanse your mind, skin, and gut with a substantial diet of various leafy greens. Leaf upon leaf of crisp, hydrating, bitter yet restorative, fiber-forward, and vitamin-packed greens. Steam for heightened nutrition. Add sauteed minced garlic, turmeric, or ginger for an immunity boost. Minimal salt to taste. Squeeze of lemon juice. Hydrate. Rest.
