In pursuit to improve a balanced, healthy gut, it's best to avoid the questionable, creamy treat known as "The Stuff". Yes, the lively, whipped substance with no known nutritional value may be all the rage to trend addicts and brand loyalists, but the side effects seem like a dietary red flag. Also, the look of it alone-an ultra-white concoction comparable to processed foam, Silly Putty and wall spackle-is admittingly gross. To keep your gut happy, settle for some Greek yogurt or kombucha.
